Event Theme
This evening's theme will be Diamonds; it is our 60th Anniversary! There will be lots of sparkle, with silver and blue accents sprinkled through the event!
Where do I park?
Parking at the Hilton Mclean Tysons Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Dr, McLean, VA, is available in the lots beside and behind the hotel. It is an easy walk from the parking lot to the door!
What's the dress code?
"Black Tie Preferred" is the dress code. To better learn what this means, click here.
When does the evening start? Cocktails start at 5:30 p.m., and we will start seating for dinner by 6:45 p.m. There will be signature cocktails offered. Our cocktail sponsors are Siemens and Acme Mechanical.
What should I expect of the evening?
To have a great time and catch up with fellow general contractors and subcontractors. We will start with a cocktail reception at 5:30pm in the Atrium, with dinner to follow at 6:45pm in the International Ballroom. The awards presentation will start shortly after dinner. Bring your dancing shoes for the amazing band, 'Round Midnight, immediately following the ceremony. During the reception, and after the ceremony, we are excited to offer all guests a selection of cigars at the Cigar Bar in our Lounge, sponsored by Press Mechanical Contractors. This will take place in a tented area in the garden right outside of the reception area. And, don’t leave the hotel before enjoying some time in the After Hours Bar, sponsored by BSA Contractors, beginning immediately after the event, at 11:00pm See our full evening's schedule below.
Will There Be Photographers?
Yes, we'll have Deadra Bryant Photography with us to capture the evening's festivities, starting at 5:30pm. Be sure to get your photo taken. There will also be two photo booths, sponsored by Gilbane and Wayne Insulation, Inc., which will be available all night.
