We will be celebrating the 61st Subby Awards Gala! Our Theme is Superheroes of the Construction Industry! You will see bright colors, capes, and all things Superhero!
Where do I park?
Parking at the Hilton Mclean Tysons Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Dr, McLean, VA, is available in the lots beside and behind the hotel. It is an easy walk from the parking lot to the door!
What's the dress code?
"Black Tie Preferred" is the dress code. To better learn what this means, click here. Feel free to dress with the theme if you'd like!
When does the evening start? Cocktails start at 5:30 p.m., and we will start seating for dinner by 6:45 p.m. There will be signature cocktails offered.
What should I expect of the evening?
To have a great time and catch up with fellow general contractors and subcontractors. We will start with a cocktail reception at 5:30pm in the Atrium, with dinner to follow at 6:45pm in the International Ballroom. The awards presentation will start shortly after dinner. Bring your dancing shoes for the amazing band, 24K, sponsored by Wayne Insulation, immediately following the ceremony.
During the reception and after the ceremony, we are excited to offer all guests a selection of cigars at the Cigar Bar; this can be enjoyed in our Lair, sponsored by Equus Striping - a tented area in the garden right outside of the reception area. And, don’t leave the hotel before enjoying time in the Batcave, the After Hours Bar, beginning immediately after the event, at 11:00pm See our full evening's schedule below.
Will There Be Photographers?
Yes, we'll have Deadra Bryant Photography with us to capture the evening's festivities, starting at 5:30pm. Be sure to get your photo taken. There will also be two photo booths, which will be available all night.
