Project managers of both general contractors and subcontractors take on tremendous responsibilities, from oversight of the budget to management of change orders and potential claims. In this two-part series, Cohen Seglias attorneys Lane Kelman and Jackson Nichols will provide project managers detailed guidance on best practices and practical approaches for challenges that can arise in the course of a project.

Part one will focus on contract changes and the potential consequences of missteps. The presenters will guide attendees through different scenarios, using these real-life case studies as examples of what to do (and not to do).
